Kiertokapula Oy's procurement of ICT basic IT services Kiertokapula Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "Procurement Unit" or "Client") requests your offer for Kiertokapula Oy's ICT basic IT services in accordance with the tender documents. The subject of the acquisition are the following sets of basic information technology services: 1) User support services, the services contained in which are necessary for solving IT problems of persons using the information technology environment, advising on use and supporting work. Also includes management of credentials and access rights; 2) Life cycle services for workstations, which includes a comprehensive set of services to ensure the efficient, safe and cost-effective use of workstations and their accessories throughout their entire life cycle. The whole also includes the procurement of workstations with a service device model; 3) Operation and Capacity Services, the services contained in which are central to the capacity needed by the server infrastructure and the telecommunications infrastructure supporting it, and which ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the servers and the telecommunications equipment supporting the whole, as well as management and control with all necessary maintenance
