The subject of the performance of a small-scale public contract is to ensure the evaluation of the impact of the SEA concept on the environment in the scope and quality corresponding to the requirements of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on environmental impact assessment, as amended (hereinafter referred to as Act No. 100/2001 Coll.), specifically: Processing of the concept notification in the scope and quality corresponding to the requirements of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. (according to attachment no. 7). Ensuring the processing of an evaluation of the effects of the concept by an authorized person (according to § 19 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll.) on the environment to the extent and quality corresponding to the requirements of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. (according to attachment no. 9). Submission of the draft concept and evaluation to the relevant authority in the scope and quality corresponding to the requirements of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. Preparation and management of public hearings in the scope and quality corresponding to the requirements of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. Public discussion of the concept with the client and the affected entities in the scope and quality corresponding to the requirements of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., while a record will be taken of the public discussion, which will be discussed with the client. The contractor undertakes to deal with comments from the public hearing and comments received after the public hearing. The contractor, in cooperation with the drafter of the concept, will incorporate the comments and conclusions of the public discussion into the draft concept and submit the modified draft for an opinion to the competent authority.
