The service of creating project technical documentation for the Center of Science in Čakovec, and the conclusion of the contract in this procedure follows a project tender carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2016 and is awarded in accordance with the rules stipulated in the project tender to the winner of the tender. It includes the preliminary project (in accordance with the recommendations and remarks of the Jury and the requests of the Client given to the selected conceptual solution and other bases and studies necessary for obtaining a location permit, if the Client requests it), main and executive projects, interior design project, environmental design project; and including all studies and cost estimates necessary for construction, environment and furnishing in accordance with positive regulations. The main project is prepared for the purpose of obtaining a building permit, with all associated maps, measurements, foundations and studies based on which the fulfillment of the basic requirements for the building is proven. The main project is prepared in accordance with legal regulations - the Law on Construction, the Law on Spatial Planning, the Rulebook on Mandatory Content and Equipment of Building Projects and all relevant by-laws and regulations. The service includes the creation of the following projects and studies: - architectural design - construction construction design - mechanical design - electrotechnical design (including CNUS) - water supply and sewerage project - rational use of energy and thermal protection project - interior design project - landscape study - geotechnical investigation work and geotechnical study - geotechnical project for the protection of construction pits - fire safety study - work safety study - study of acoustic properties and noise protection - technological kitchen project - geodetic study. The interior design project does not refer to the interactive science exhibition, but includes all the necessary equipment plans and technical specifications. The design and technical documentation includes the landscaping project, which includes all the necessary projects. The executive project is prepared in accordance with the main project and contains all the necessary views that need to be on the construction site so that the building can be built in the manner provided for in the main project. It contains the cost list of all works based on which works are procured and executed. The cost estimate is part of the documentation for the public procurement of works and must be prepared in accordance with the rules on procurement for obligees of the Public Procurement Act 2016. The executive project is prepared in accordance with the Ordinance on mandatory content and equipment of building projects. Interpretation project The interpretation project includes the project of an interactive science exhibition (inside and outside space) with the intended direction of movement of visitors and a proposal for a visitor tracking system and a list of exhibits/exhibits as well as related drawings and technical specifications for the creation of exhibits/exhibits, based on the initial conception of the Advertiser. The interpretation project is created in two phases, conceptual and operational, and includes the following: - interpretation concept / exhibition program for the popularization of science - artistic display of the exhibition - product design, graphic design, IT and multimedia design, lighting design and sound design - cost list of all designed elements
