The subject of the contract is the supply of field equipment The detailed scope and conditions for the performance of the order are: description of the subject of a contract, draft contract, tendering price,?? guarantee document, ‡ models of acceptance protocols transfer, ̶ list of places of delivery of field equipments,  model of product card. Including documents are annexes to the ZT and are an integral part of it. The contracting authority reserves the right to use the right of option in accordance with Article 441 (1) of the Act. The right of choice is subject to the purchase (purchase) depending on the current needs of the customer and the funds requested. The realisation of the price of these optional units is exempted from the basic offer, as provided for in the basic provision of the law.The Contracting Party shall not have any claim against the Contracting Parties for the provision of optional supplies.
