The aim of this mission is to design and animate training on the construction of large-scale photovoltaic projects, designed to strengthen the skills of the participants in contract management, planning and operation of power generation sites from the high and medium voltage PV network. This training should enable participants to master the entire cycle of construction of a large photovoltene power plant, from the contractual structure of the project to the preparation for commissioning of the installation.The training will be completed with three complementary modules: contract management and structuring of PV projects, project planning and steering, and construction management and monitoring. At the end of the training, participants will be able to identify the responsibilities of the different stakeholders, develop and follow a realistic project schedule, coordinate the various stakeholder and technical teams (civil engineering, electrical engineering, connectivity), and ensure quality, safety and timing control throughout the construction phase.- Its a big one.
