Description 1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY invites eligible contractors to submit their bid for the Construction of Slope Protection At Kenny Village, Guinobatan, Albaya. Location: Kenny Village, Mauraro, Guinobatan, Albayb. Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Php. 999,998.87c. Source of Fund: 5% MDRRMF2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.3. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 45 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).” Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, cooperatives, and partnership or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below.6. A complete set of Bidding Documents can be acquired by interested bidders on November 2, 2026 to November 9, 2026, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and November 10, 2026, 8:00am-9:00am, Only (Excluding weekends and holidays) from given address and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php. 1,000.00). The contractors are required to submit PCAB License fit for the classification of the project required.13. Contractors should secure and present Certificate of Site Inspection signed by the Municipal Engineer before the issuance of Order of Payment for Bidding Documents.
