The subject of the VZ is the acquisition and protection of 100 tons of pork stewed ham (hereinafter also "ham"). Ham will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves. The Administration as a contracting authority in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, ensures the defense capability and defense of the state, the elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and the protection of the vital economic interests of the state. The subject of the VZ is divided according to § 35 of the Act into 2 separate parts, namely: 1st part of the VZ: Procurement and protection of 50 tons of ham - packaging slices. 2nd part of the VZ: Procurement and protection of 50 tons of ham - packaging as a whole.
