Contract Description
Tender for the Fortovsordningen and Facademeterordningen for the Municipality of Copenhagen Tender for the Fortovsordningen and Facademeterordningen for the Municipality of Copenhagen
Copenhagen Municipalitys Climate, Environmental and Technical Management wishes to offer cleaning of pavements and selected pedestrian streets under the so-called Fortovsordningen and Facademeterordningen. The Pavementsordningen and Facademeterordningen are two politically adopted cleaning schemes, where Copenhagen Municipality has taken over the cleaning obligations of the landowners on public pavements and carries out cleaning at the expense of the landowners. The purpose of both schemes is to ensure uniform and regular cleaning in designated areas in Copenhagen. The pavement scheme and the facade meter scheme have been outsourced since 1 January 2019. The schemes have legal basis in Sections 64-68 of the Road Act. This follows from Section 72 of the Road Act, subsection 2, that work carried out at the landowners expense must be carried out as cheaply as possible, which is the background for this tender. The schemes are fee-based. A total of three tasks are offered, one of which is an option: - Cleaning under the Pavement scheme - Cleaning, weed control and winter service under the Facade meter scheme, and - Option for cleaning of the central area and monuments on pedestrian streets/streets Tenders are evaluated collectively and the contract is awarded according to the lowest price. No internal control tender is submitted. The new contract will take effect from 1 January 2027.
