Description & Project Overview
1. The subject of the order is the development of multi-discipline design documentation together with the author's supervision over this documentation and, on its basis, the reconstruction of the Lower Cretaceous well No. 5 at the Zbiorniki Stoki water intake by drilling a new replacement hole 5bis and liquidating the existing hole. 2. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annexes No. 9a and 9b to the SWZ and the provisions of the draft contract included in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
