Expenses for the basic investment: 46,296,140,11 lei, without VAT; Other expenses (chapter 5): 100,179.05 lei, without VAT; Subchapter 5.1.1: 100,179.05 lei, without VAT; The modification of the public procurement contract, during its validity period, is done under the conditions stipulated in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016.
