The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of a license for diagnostics and interpretation software for HLA typing by real-time PCR and NGS methods. The offer must enable HLA typing at a low-resolution level (at least 1 pair of digits in the allele designation) and at a high-resolution level (at least 2 pairs of digits in the allele designation) for 11 loci simultaneously within 2 years: HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DRB3, HLA-DRB4, HLA-DBR5, HLA-DQA1, HLA-DQB1, HLA-DPA1 and HLA-DPB1. / Grounds for elimination and qualification conditions: See the basic procurement documents
