Supervision of the construction of the new route of Voivodeship Road 527 on the section from the city border to the railway viaduct (Novobaltyk street) Part I Coordinator of investment supervision
1. The subject of the procurement in this Part is the personal provision of the services of the investment supervisory coordinator in accordance with the Subject of the Contract (OPC) and the model of the contract and applicable law in this respect. 2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law on Pzp, which involve the replication of similar services as those which will be covered by the contract for the provision of services covered by that contract, as provided for in the contract notice and taken into account in the calculation of the total value of the order in question. In the case of the completion of a contract and the period of work completed during construction, the conditions for the granting of the necessary financial services and the conditions of the construction of the new contract may be specified in Annex III, and the necessary measures for the coordination of the relevant provisions of the said contract shall be specified by the latter.
