Public tender announcement No. (NAHR/FSL/05/2026) of 2026 AD The National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NAHR) announces the launch of the public tender, the details of which are shown below, and invites companies and commercial institutions specialized in the supply of food supplies, legally registered in the Republic of Yemen and wishing to participate, to submit their bids according to the following conditions: Tender number NAHR/FSL/05/2026 – Open public tender Tender subject Supplying and transporting (2,400) food baskets to Abs District - Hajjah Governorate (Rubou’ Muttawla and Bani Thawab districts), and Al-Zahra District - Al-Hudaydah Governorate (Rubou’ Al-Wadi, Al-Wasat, and Al-Faranti districts), in three equal monthly payments. Bid guarantee (7,200) US dollars (seven thousand and two hundred US dollars only), with an unconditional bank guarantee valid for a period of (120) days from the date of opening the envelopes (until at least 03/11/2027). Bid validity period (90) days from the date of opening the envelopes. Deadline for requesting documents Tuesday 11/10/2026 AD - 02:00 pm. Deadline for inquiries Wednesday 04/11/2026 AD - 02:00 PM (in writing via email). Submitting bids and opening envelopes Deadline for submitting bids: Wednesday 11/11/2026 at 11:00 AM, and the envelopes will be opened publicly at the same time. The place The Foundation’s headquarters - Sanaa - Haddah Street - in front of the Yemeni Jordanian University - next to the former headquarters of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. First: Obtaining the tender documents The tender documents can be obtained through the following download link: https://system.gate-nahr.org/sale_of_tender_05_2026 The electronic copy of the tender documents (bid data list, table of quantities, technical specifications, and attached forms) will be sent based on an official request from the bidder sent to the e-mail. procurement@nahr.org Including the tender number, the name of the establishment, and contact information, or it can be received from the establishment’s headquarters during official working hours via an official letter, until the last date for requesting the documents indicated above. Second: Documents that must be attached to the bid 1. The bid guarantee in the amount and period specified above, issued by a licensed bank operating in the Republic of Yemen 2. Valid copies of: commercial register, tax card, zakat card, insurance card, and profession practice license. 3. Proof of previous experience in supplying foodstuffs: At least two similar contracts during the last three years, the value of each of which is not less than (50,000) US dollars. 4. Clear color photographs of samples of all items showing the trade name, with catalogs or specifications data stamped with the bidder’s stamp. 5. The fully priced schedule of quantities (one brand for each item), signed and stamped, and the bid submission form and declarations attached to the tender documents are signed and stamped. 6. Proof of financial ability (a recent bank statement or certificate, or audited financial statements for the last financial year). All documents must be valid, and the bid must meet all other requirements stated in the bid data list. Third: Submitting bids and opening envelopes The bid shall be submitted in one sealed envelope sealed with red wax, on which are written: the name of the institution, the tender number and subject, the name and address of the bidder, and the phrase “not to be opened before the specified date.” Bids are delivered by hand at the organization’s headquarters in Sana’a before the specified date, or via the tender link. Any bid that arrives after the deadline will be rejected and returned to its owner closed. The envelopes shall be opened publicly in the presence of the bidders' representatives wishing to attend by official authorization. The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, or cancel the tender before awarding it in accordance with the provisions of the tender documents, without entailing any obligation towards the bidders.
