1. The subject of the order is the preparation of geotechnical documentation for the investment titled: Conducting works to enable water transport to the Outer Port in Świnoujście. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order and in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft Agreement. 2. In the proceedings in question, the Ordering Party does not provide for any requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law.
