1. Task No. 3 - Sanitary equipment 2. Deadline for completing the subject of the order: 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract 3. In this tender procedure, the Ordering Party will apply the procedure specified in Art. when assessing offers. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. The Ordering Party requires the submission of the following means of evidence: Task 3 - Sanitary equipment Samples: 1 piece from each item Documents: • product label (the Ordering Party requires the submission of a label, but the Ordering Party will consider it sufficient if the label is on a product sample); • current safety data sheet for the offered product; (for items 1 and 2) • instructions for use/information card (technical information) of the offered product issued by the manufacturer
