Contract Awarded to: Hilltop Securities Asset Management LLC Value: $363,000.00 The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) requests responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the award of Arbitrage Compliance and related services to ensure compliance with Internal Revenue Code Section 148 and Treasury regulations promulgated thereunder (hereinafter referred to as “Section 148”).
