1. The subject of the order is the delivery of trolleybuses equipped with battery tanks for Tyskie Linie Trolejbusowe Sp. z o. o. in Tychy 2 trolleybuses. 2. The Contractor will offer brand new trolleybuses, i.e. manufactured in the year of their delivery and not in use. 3. All trolleybuses offered in this tender procedure must be trolleybuses of one and the same brand and of one and the same type.
