Contract Description
The object of the acquisition consists in the signing of a Framework Agreement, with a duration of 48 months from the date of entry into force of the Framework Agreement, which will establish the terms, conditions as well as the legal, financial, technical and administrative framework for the award of subsequent Contracts, in order to ensure by the Bidders, in conditions of safety, operability and financial efficiency, the execution of works regarding the regeneration, modernization (rehabilitation) and maintenance of urban areas. The subsequent contracts to be concluded during the development of the framework agreement will cover as a rule
