Description & Project Overview
The subject of the performance of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as "public contract") is the provision of services consisting of property and liability insurance for damage or other harm for the Technical University of Liberec. In accordance with § 100 ZZVZ, the contracting authority reserves the following changes to the obligation within the relevant insurance contract, which will be concluded with the selected supplier. The relevant reserved changes of obligation will be part of the insurance contract, as a separate attachment. The contract will take effect on February 4, 2027 at the earliest. The contract will be concluded for an indefinite period.
