Czechia – Electronic, electromechanical and electrotechnical supplies – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF DC CHARGING STATIONS

The subject of this procurement procedure is the negotiation of three Framework Agreements containing contractual conditions for the fulfillment of individual subcontracts to ensure the supply of DC charging stations for 72 months from the date of their effectiveness with a maximum of three (3) Participants for each part of the Public Contract. On the basis of the Framework Agreement, in the manner specified therein, the contracting authority will always order performance in time and to the extent according to its current needs. The contracting authority is not obliged to draw performance from the Framework Agreement.
