Description & Project Overview
1. The subject of the order is the supply of specialized equipment for performing cardiac surgery in children, divided into 3 packages. under the terms specified in the draft provisions of the contract and within the deadlines specified in the concluded contract. 2. The Ordering Party will evaluate the offers on the basis of the evidence required in Chapter XV. point 1.4. SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for packages, then the contractor may submit an offer for the selected package or all packages listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (OPZ).
