Description & Project Overview
a. The subject of the public contract is the construction of the "Czech Gallery" according to the project documentation for the construction and the list of works with a statement of dimensions, which form Annex No. 3 of this Call. b. The performance includes in particular the reconstruction of the existing chapel, the reconstruction of the roof and truss, the rehabilitation of damp masonry, structural and layout modifications of the building, the construction of connections and internal distribution of water, sewerage and power current, heating, security equipment and fire alarm, finishing work and modifications of the adjoining area, all within the scope of the project documentation and list of works. c. The performance also includes construction site equipment, transport, carrying out the prescribed tests and revisions, putting the equipment into operation, removing defects and unfinished works and handing over documentation of the actual execution of the construction, inspection reports, test reports, declarations of properties or conformity, documents on waste management, documents for the operation and maintenance of the work and all documents necessary for approval of the construction.
