Romania – Cadastral surveying services – Servicii de înregistrare sistematică în Sistemul Integrat de Cadastru și Carte Funciară a imobilelor din 92 UAT- uri, prin Programul Operațional Regional - Proiectul major privind „Creșterea gradului de acoperire și incluziune a sistemului de înregistrare a proprietăților în zonele rurale din România”

Systematic registration services in the Integrated Cadastre and Land Registry System of real estate in 92 UATs, through the Regional Operational Program - The major project on "Increasing the degree of coverage and inclusion of the property registration system in rural areas in Romania". The main stages of providing systematic registration services consist of: organizing systematic cadastral works, recognizing the land, making the preliminary report (according to the specifications), carrying out a public information campaign, identifying the boundaries of the buildings, establishing the boundaries of the buildings located within the town, establishing the boundaries of the buildings located outside the town, preparing the data sheet of the building, identifying the owners and collecting the documents, drawing up the technical documents of cadastre, publication of cadastre technical documents, receipt and resolution of rectification requests, updating of cadastre technical documents. The purchase is carried out on 92 lots, with the conclusion of multi-year contracts. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law no. 98/2016, ANCPI sets a deadline for requests for clarifications made by economic operators and to respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information that may be requested during the tender submission period. Considering the possibility of introducing the award procedure in the ex-ante verification program of ANAP, when establishing the deadline, the deadline necessary for the verification of the response proposal by ANAP was taken into account in accordance with the provisions of art. 8 para. (2) of H.G. no. 419/2018: "The contracting authority has the obligation to submit to ANAP the consolidated response proposal formulated to the requests for clarifications/additional information at least 4 days before the deadline or, as the case may be, the response deadlines established by the participation/simplified participation/competition/concession notice." Number of days until which clarifications can be requested: 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers. ANCPI will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications, according to the provisions of para. (1), art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. If these terms end on non-working days, the authority will respond
