Description & Project Overview
The subject of the order is periodic technical inspections of medical equipment for the District Hospital in Chrzanów - 78 packages. A detailed description and method of order execution is included in the SWZ, Annex 2 to the SWZ - package, and Annex 4 to the SWZ - contract template. In the scope of packages 2, 5, 11, 12, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 46, 47, 49, 75, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to have a valid service authorization from the manufacturer of the specific device, which it will present at each request of the Ordering Party at the stage of contract execution (in accordance with the contract template §3 section 7).
