Poland – Construction work – Innowacyjne rozwiązania dotyczące energii cieplnej i elektrycznej Wieniawskiego Klastra Energii

1. The subject of the order are construction works and delivery along with assembly as part of the investment project called: "Innovative solutions for heat and electricity of the Wieniawski Energy Cluster". 2. The order was divided into the following three parts: 1) Part of the order No. 1 - "Establishment of a warehouse for wood chips, creation of a biomass boiler room and boiler installation, creation of a heating network and nodes, installation of cogeneration with a fuel preparation system, creation of a heat storage facility with a capacity of 3.5 MWh and implementation of an energy management system in Wieniawa"; 2) Part of the order No. 2 - "Establishment of a wood chip warehouse with a boiler room building, delivery and installation of the boiler, establishment of cogeneration with a fuel preparation system, establishment of a heating network and nodes and creation of a heat storage facility with a capacity of 3.5 MWh in Sokolniki Mokre"; 3) Part of order No. 3 - "Construction of photovoltaic installations and energy storage facilities in public utility buildings". 3. As part of part of the order No. 1 - the Contractor will be obliged to: 1) prepare design documentation(s), including Construction Design(s), Technical Design(s) and Executive Design(s), cost estimates(s) together with the bill of quantities(s) of works, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works together with obtaining a final decision on a building permit or notification(s) of works - for the entire scope described in the Functional and Utility Program, and also prepare a Construction Schedule for approval by the Ordering Party; 2) perform construction works, based on the design and cost estimate documentation(s) developed and accepted by the Ordering Party, referred to in point 1) above, and the valid decision(s) on the building permit or notification(s) of works obtained, and obtain a valid occupancy permit(s) or notification(s) of completion of works (if applicable); 3) implement an energy management system, monitoring, energy production and distribution management, optimization, integration of measurement systems, reporting and data analysis. 4. As part of order part No. 2 - the Contractor will be obliged to: 1) prepare design documentation(s), including Construction Design(s), Technical Design(s) and Executive Design(s), cost estimate(s) along with bill of quantities(s) of works, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works together with obtaining a final decision on a building permit or notification(s) of works
