As part of the homes victoria pmsc contract, bgis is seeking suitably qualified subcontractors across the south division (inner metro south, dandenong,frankston & cheltenham, morwell, sale & bairnsdale). vendors may price one or more of the following contract areas based on their coverage and capability:
• dandenong – 5,096 properties
• frankston & cheltenham – 5,796 properties
• inner metro south – 4,091 properties
• morwell – 2,978 properties
• sale & bairnsdale – 1,331 properties
the package cover work related to:
general building and property maintenance including carpentry, doors and windows, flooring, walls and ceilings, tiling, glazing, cupboards, external works, locksmith, fencing and other associated building repairs.
