1. The subject of the order will be performed in 3 parts: a. part I (hereinafter: Part I) - execution of Construction Works in the part enabling the Ordering Party to function in the field of stormwater drainage based on the decision no. KR.RUZ.4210.352.2023 of October 14, 2024 on the water law permit (hereinafter: Water Law Decision), including any temporary works not explicitly included in the Design Documentation, the execution of which is necessary to start draining rainwater from the airport area based on the Water Law Decision; b. part II (hereinafter: Part II) - performance of other Construction Works (i.e. not covered by the scope of Part I and constituting the subject of the order, obtaining an occupancy permit and implementation of all other elements of the subject of the order, c. part III (hereinafter: Part III) - maintaining and providing services in the field of Quality Guarantee, Warranty and provision of Warranty and Service. 2.
