1.the local government unit of magsaysay, occidental mindoro, through the 2026 annual budget approved by the sanggunian (general fund) intends to apply the sum of five hundred sixty thousand five hundred fifty-five pesos and 96/100 only (p 560,555.96) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for procurement of drugs and medicines in barangay poblacion, magsaysay, occidental mindoro with contract identification number of itb-2026-045. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.the local government unit of magsaysay, occidental mindoro now invites bids for supply and delivery of various drugs and medicines to use for day-to-day consultation of municipal health office. delivery of the goods is required sixty (60) calendar days. bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. 3.bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the irr, otherwise known as the “new government procurement act (ngpa)”. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines. 4.interested bidders may obtain further information from local government unit of magsaysay, occidental mindoro and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm. 5.a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on october 08 - 27, 2026 from the address given below, upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of one thousand pesos only (p 1,000.00). it may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps) provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of their bids. 6.the local government unit of magsaysay, occidental mindoro will hold a pre-bid conference on october 15, 2026 (10:00 am) at office of bids and awards committee, 2nd floor municipal building, jp laurel street, poblacion, magsaysay, occidental mindoro. 7.bids must be duly received by the bids and awards committee (bac) secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before october 27, 2026 (09:30 am). late bids shall not be accepted. 8.all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in itb clause 16. 9.bid opening shall be on october 27, 2026 (10:00 am) at office of bids and awards committee, 2nd floor municipal building, jp laurel street, poblacion, magsaysay, occidental mindoro. bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 10.the local government unit of the municipality of magsaysay now invites bids for the above procurement project to wit: no. description unit qty. unit cost 1 atenolol 50mg tablet (box of 100's) box 4 140.80 2 atenolol 100mg tablet (box of 100's) box 5 344.00 3 atorvastatin 10mg tablet (box of
