Contract Description
Pursuant to Article 63 of the Public Enterprise. 1 d. 2 p. published negotiations (hereinafter referred to as Negotiations) are being conducted without publishing an advertisement for the purchase of "Surgical sutures (No. 10844-2)". All suppliers whose bids submitted in the open international tender "Surgical sutures (No. 10841-1)" CVP IS procurement ID 8115844 (hereinafter - Open tender) were rejected as unacceptable in procurement parts 1, 2, 4, 8, 9, 11, 16, 18, 20, 26 are invited to participate in the negotiations and submit final offers.
