The subject of the tender is the provision, implementation and integration of a modular and scalable system for the digital creation, provision and use of patient forms within an existing patient portal. The solution is used for media-free, structured data collection and integration into existing clinical and administrative systems, taking into account the special requirements of the healthcare system, especially with regard to data protection, information security and interoperability. The tender does not cover the patient portal as an overall system or the provision of an independent electronic signature solution; the form solution only needs to support the integration of a signature solution provided by the client. A Master Service_Agreement for IT Services will be concluded according to the sample contract Master_Service_Agreement_for_IT-Services_DE-2026-0233 contained in the tender documents.
