The subject of the performance of the public contract are services consisting in the acceptance, removal and disposal of street litter according to the conditions specified later in this ZD. This is waste catalog number 20 03 03, Street litter, category O. Mandatory conditions of fulfillment: • one turn at the landfill of approx. 22 tons, • the supplier is obliged to have a total of 8 pieces of lower and higher containers available, in his possession, • obligation to export 44 tons within 48 hours of the customers request. The expected amount per year is 2,500 tons, in the period from March to November. The source of the waste is the Technical Services of the City of Liberec, p.o. Waste is generated on the territory of the Statutory City of Liberec by the activities of the Technical Services of the City of Liberec, p.o. - mechanical sweeping of roads and sidewalks owned by the Statutory City of Liberec. The waste is stored at the collection point in Otavská Street in Liberec. The space is locked and monitored by a camera system. It is necessary to take away continuously so that the capacity of the gathering place is not filled. The capacity is estimated at a maximum of 50 tons. The supplier must arrange unloading himself, the customer ensures loading. The landfill must have authorization to accept waste 200303. Waste will be handled in accordance with the Waste Act and their acceptance into the facility will be confirmed on the guide. If there are specific names or other designations of technologies or products in this procurement documentation, the contracting authority allows (if technically possible) their replacement with qualitatively and technically comparable technologies or products (with the same or higher parameters), while ensuring full compatibility with the existing infrastructure and equipment of the contracting authority.
