The subject of the public contract is to ensure that the services provided by the management of the selected participant consist in providing further vocational training - the implementation of training courses related to the development of the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the performance of a particular profession, with an emphasis on supporting persons over 55 years of age and digital skills.- preparation, implementation and evaluation of training courses; - preparing and distributing training materials for participants; - providing a certificate of attendance with the signature of participants and lecturers from each course; - documentation of the content of the training course for each course, - providing monitoring letters from each participant involved; - issuing a printed course completion certificate for each successful participant in accordance with the rules of the OPCW and the Client of such certificates in electronic form; - ensuring an audio recording and an exhibition from the online software in the case of a copy+courses - all costs of the implementation and teaching team, training technicians, teaching materials and aids, etc.; - provision of technical equipment and equipment for the implementation of courses according to the nature of the training; - costs of providing room training and refreshments to participants from the contracting entities Member States in the event of their participation in the Suppliers open courses; - activities that are necessary with the proper conduct and completion of training under this Treaty and result from standard practice of providing training services of a similar nature.
