Contract Description
The task of the successful tenderer is to support the operation of MAVIR ZRt.'s Spectrum system, in order to repair errors and maintain functionality, while ensuring availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, performing scheduled maintenance and consulting tasks on behalf of the Bidder. The system requires a total of 800 engineering hours per year. The Winning Bidder must provide a central telephone number on which it can receive error reports from the Bidder 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
