Contract Description
1. The subject of the proceedings is the execution by the Contractor for the Ordering Party, on the premises of the Plant/Installation of "EKO-REGION" sp. z o.o. in Bełchatów at ul. Przemysłowa 14 and 16, a service consisting in sorting and compressing packaging waste in an estimated amount of approximately 8,154 Mg within a period of 18 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 2. The estimated amount of waste specified in point 1 may change during the implementation of the contract. Therefore, during the execution of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to limit this quantity by a maximum of 80%. Reducing waste in this regard does not
