Deliveries are made periodically to each social service. Deliveries are made according to preliminary written weekly requests prepared by authorized officials from the relevant social services. The contractor under the contract will receive the weekly requests from the acting host of the specified social services the week preceding the week of delivery. Requests are sent in writing to the Contractor. Food products are delivered once a week, every first working day of the week - between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Acceptance of the food products will be carried out with a reception-transmission protocol. Estimated quantities for a period of 24 months: 1. Fresh cows milk pasteurized 3% per 1 liter - box - 3800 l. 2. Fresh milk - 2% fat content - bottle - 2500 l. 3. Cows yogurt according to BDS 12:2024 - 2% 0.400kg. – 3000 pcs. 4. Cows yogurt - 3.6% 0.400 kg - 6200 pcs. 5. Cream - cooking - 500 kg. – 70 pcs. 6. Cows milk cheese - vacuum according to BDS 14:2010 ref. 1 kg each. – 990 kg. 7. Cows milk cheese according to BDS 15:2024 - box - 1820 kg. 8. Cream-Cheese 0.125 kg. – 100 pcs. 9. Cottage cheese - ref. 0.500 kg – 100 pcs. 10. Cow butter Bulgarian package 0.125 kg. – 82% fat. – 90 kg.
