Contract Award Notice: LAS VEGAS MUSEUM OF ART - TENANT IMPROVEMENTS Awarded Vendor: The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company The City of Las Vegas (“Owner”) hereby invites interested persons or organizations, qualified as a construction manager/general contractor (“Applicants”), to submit written Proposals for the performance of construction manager at risk services for the LAS VEGAS ART MUSEUM TENANT IMPROVEMENTS (“Project”), located at 355 Promenade Place Estimated Cost of Construction: $3,800,000 Preconstruction Services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project. Preconstruction services are anticipated to begin November 2025 and construction is anticipated to begin February 2026 with estimated completion August 2026.
