Scaffolding work for the 2nd construction phase as part of the extension and renovation of the Ernst Reuter School in Offenbach-Rumpenheim. The construction project includes the construction of a new rounded auditorium, a cafeteria with a curved canopy and the conversion of the roof terrace into an additional IT room above the ground floor. In addition, work is being carried out on the existing building. The work scaffolding will be set up accordingly after the shell construction work has been completed. The scaffolding work is divided into two staggered construction phases. - Section 1: Working scaffolding around the extension building KW 34 2026 - KW 22 2027 - Section 2: Renovation of the existing facade KW 23 - KW 29 2027 Scope of work: • Working scaffolding on the site, free of stands: approx. 465 m² • Working scaffolding on the roof, anchored: approx. 190 m² • Working scaffolding on the site, anchored: approx. 3,060 m² • Indoor area scaffolding: approx. 1400 m³
