Within the scope of this public procurement, the implementation of the following engineering activities is foreseen: Activity #1 Preparation of an investment project in the "technical" project phase; Activity #2 Implementation of construction and assembly works; Activity #3 Exercise of author supervision; It is planned that the selected contractor will perform the following main activities from the "One Health" territorial development concept: 1) Activity #2: Upgrading the educational infrastructure in SZR in the context of the general strategy for "One Health". with an area of 22,454.00 sq.m. The property is regulated - UPI VII 659.78 in quarter 403a according to the plan of the city of Pleven. Within the framework of the current project, the construction of 3 buildings from the complex is planned: 1) Educational building with classrooms and offices with a built-up area of ​​2,644.19 sq.m.; 2) University hospital with clinics for small animals with a total area of ​​1,663.81 sq.m.; 3) Dean's Office with a built-up area of ​​1,151.16 sq.m. The principles and values ​​of the New European Bauhaus for measures embedded in the concepts of the activity. The buildings will meet the requirements of the regulations after 2022 for all newly designed buildings to fall into energy class "A" or with zero or close to zero energy consumption or with a minimum of 55% renewable energy sources.
