The subject of the order is the execution of construction works entitled: Expansion of ul. Wiczlińska on the section from the Wiczlino gas station to Primary School No. 37 in Gdynia. The scope of the subject matter of the order includes: 1) execution of construction works in accordance with the design documentation provided by the Ordering Party (Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ), technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (Annex No. 1.2), instructions for carrying out construction works (Annex 1.3 to SWZ), guidelines developed by the City Gardeners Department (Appendix 1.4 and 1.5 to the SWZ) and taking into account the instructions of point 3.6 of this SWZ; 2) obtaining a decision on the use permit or submitting an effective notice of completion of works to the relevant construction supervision authority and submitting to the Ordering Party the appropriately obtained use permit or a document confirming the effectiveness of the notice; notification. The Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with appropriate powers of attorney in this respect;
