Titled project refers to planning and production in collaboration with B. The form of collaboration places high demands on the parties and both TE and B are expected to contribute with competence and commitment to achieve the project goals. Overall project goal To, in a rational, cost-effective and disruption-minimizing manner, build a new central kitchen in direct connection to the Stjerne School and in connection with this work organize a robust and flexible media supply system (electricity, heating, water, cooling) with the possibility of island operation of the central kitchen and the Stjernehallen, where the latter should be able to function as a point of safety for citizens in the event of social disruption. The central kitchen is to be dimensioned for a production capacity of 3,000 portions per day with the possibility of packaging and quick-chilling a quarter for further distribution as refrigerated goods. The existing serving kitchen for Stjerneskolan is to be rebuilt and connected to the new central kitchen, and the surrounding outdoor environment is to be adapted for the new central kitchens inflows and outflows.
