Supply of foodstuffs for the needs of childrens hospitals in the territory of the municipality of Svishtov by separate items Delivery of cereals and cereal-based foods for the needs of the childrens establishments in the territory of the municipality of Svishtov 7 345 kg. Deliveries shall be made on an established schedule, up to 7:00 a.m. from the children s warehouse, twice a week after the submission of a written request (e.g. by mail, courier or to a representative of the Contractor) one day before the day of delivery of the necessary quantities of goods by authorised persons from the specified children s establishments. Delivery for each type of food/food must comply with the requirements of the product category specified in the technical specification. Each delivery must be certified by a document confirming the date of production of the relevant product and the time limit for delivery. All the delivery must complying with the relevant provisions of the food and feed regulations, the relevant food and beverage regulations, and the relevant supply and consumption standards, and not in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the Treaty, and shall be subject to the relevant conditions of the European Food and Agriculture Convention.
Delivery of other food, foodstuffs and bakery goods for the needs of the childrens establishments in the territory of the municipality of Svishtov 5 016 kg. and 1 570 l. Deliveries shall be made on an established schedule, by 7:00 a.m. from the children s establishment warehouse, twice a week after the submission of a written request (e.g. by mail, courier or by a representative of the Contractor) one day before the day of delivery of the necessary quantities of goods by authorised persons from the said children s establishments. Delivery for each type of foodstuff/foodstuff shall comply with the requirements for its category of consumption specified in the technical specifications. Each manufacturer shall be entitled to be certified with a document for the production of the corresponding product and the period of delivery thereof. The manufacturer must declare that all the requirements of the relevant foodstuf and foodstufs and products are not complied with, and that the relevant product or product requirements are not met within the scope of the provisions of the contract, and the relevant provisions of food and food standards and supplies are not subject to any restrictions of the respective provisions of this Regulation.
