Description & Project Overview
AWO Niedersachsen gGmbH is planning to build and modernize/renovate its clinic for geriatric psychiatry with five wards. After the clinic has been completed, it will mainly consist of a new building with the clinical wards and a renovated old building with predominantly office uses. The renovated old building corresponds to approx. 40% of the existing old building substance/clinic B/geriatric psychiatry. The construction project is planned in several construction phases, while the geriatric clinic is still in operation.
