1. Name of the order: Purchase of an analytical tool supporting cybersecurity by identifying information threats on the Internet. 2. The subject of the order is*: 2.1. Purchase and delivery by the Subscription Contractor of access licenses to the Information Monitoring Platform, taking into account the Producer's support, together with documents confirming the granting of access licenses to the Subscription, taking into account the Producer's support; 2.2. The Subscription Activation Contractor will provide access licenses to the Information Monitoring Platform; 2.3. The Contractor will ensure that the Information Monitoring Platform is configured; 2.4. Conducting training workshops on the use of the Information Monitoring Platform along with the transfer of copyrights and derivative rights to works in the field of training materials; 2.5. Providing Consultation Services; 2.6. Granting a 12-month quality guarantee for the Information Monitoring Platform Configuration services provided. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms and conditions of the order execution are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ"). * Terms used with capital letters are defined in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
