Rehabilitation of Multi-purpose Drying Pavement at Sitio Dallog Guina-ang

1. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Pasil (MLGU-Pasil), through the 20% EDF 2026 , intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS & 00 CENTS (PHP 100,000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract " REHABILITATION OF MULTI-PURPOSE DRYING PAVEMENT AT SITIO DALLOG GUINA-ANG ". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Pasil, now invites bids for the aboved Procurement Project. Completion of works is required in Eighteen (18) Calendar Day. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3.) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Local Government of Pasil and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 O’clock in the morning to 5:00 O’clock in the afternoon. 5.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 29 , 2026 and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00) only at the Municipal Treasury Office, Amdalao, Guinaang, Pasil, Kalinga. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 6. The Municipal Local Government of Pasil will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on September 09 , 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM at the BAC Office, Amdalao, Guina-ang, Pasil, Kalinga, which shall be open to prospective bidders. 6. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated below at the address below on or before November 18 , 2026 , 2026 at 9:45 AM. Late bids shall not be accepted. 7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16. 8. Bid Opening shall be on November 18 , 2026 at any time starting from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the BAC Office, Amdalao, Guina-ang, Pasil, Kalinga. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 9. The Municipal Local Government of Pasil reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of R.A.
