Contract Description
The necessity and suitability of the contract is based on the proven insufficiency of the University of Jaén's own human and material resources for the maintenance of locksmithing, metal carpentry, PVC carpentry, as well as for the assembly and repair of furniture, which seriously compromises its ability to autonomously ensure the correct functioning of these facilities and equipment. Given this limitation, it is imperative to externally hire a specialized company that has the organization and technical qualification required to comprehensively assume the maintenance and repair tasks indicated, thus guaranteeing the continuous and optimal operation of these university infrastructures.
