The customer offers a contract regarding a common operating platform for the customers IT system portfolio. After Transition In, where the Support Systems are transitioned to the Operating Platform, the Supplier must oversee operations, including Data Center operation/Hybrid Cloud Custom Services/Hybrid Cloud Standard Services and Infrastructure operation, as well as Support and maintenance of the Operating Platform. Furthermore, after Transition In, the Supplier must ensure Subsequent Transitions to and Transformations of the Operating Platform. The purpose of the common operating platform is, among other things, to have a safe and stable operation with high availability as well as an up-to-date technological platform with a high degree of scalability that supports the needs of the customer and the municipalities. It is the clients business need that all Services are delivered with high delivery reliability and robustness, and that the Supplier demonstrates proactivity in the collaboration. In addition to focusing on safe and stable operation, the Supplier must ensure a successful Transition into the Support Systems with the least possible disruption to the clients business as well as Subsequent Transitions and ongoing Transformation, including gradual transition to Hybrid Cloud Standard Services and, to the extent that it supports the needs of the client and the municipalities, Managed Public Cloud Services. A high level of information security must be established in connection with Transition Ind, which must be continuously maintained and improved throughout the Contract. The contract has the following 4 main services: I. Transition In, where the client initially wants the establishment of and safe and stable transfer to an Operating Platform for the Support Systems, based on Hybrid Cloud Services, with implementation of e.g. project management, transition organization, building up operating capacity, transfer of Environments and data and acquisition of knowledge from the Delivering Supplier. Subsequently, the client wishes to carry out successive Subsequent Transitions for a number of the clients other IT systems from the current operating models to the Operating Platform, based on Hybrid Cloud Services. II. Ongoing Services for the Operating Platform, including; a. Support; b. Hybrid Cloud Services, including Hybrid Cloud Standard Services and Hybrid Cloud Custom Services; c. Tools to support Application Providers; d. Governance, Operational Processes, security services, Documentation and operational reporting. III. Service catalog with the use of standardized methods, technologies and services through which the customer wants to be able to provision services on a cloud platform there; a) Offers a wide range of services; b) Is accessible via the public Internet; c) Has a publicly available price structure with settlement of services according to consumption on subscription terms. IV. Methods and tools to support cooperation with the Ordering Party and the Ordering Partys application suppliers, where the ordering party wants the delivery of the future operating platform to be supported by a proactive collaboration across the ordering partys IT system portfolio.
