The subject of the order is the supply of PCR genetic tests for GenExperts own device (owned by the Ordering Party) - in the quantities and types specified in the Price Form constituting Annex 4 to this ToR. Detailed requirements and conditions regarding the subject of the order are included in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The above annexes constitute an integral part of the SWZ. The offered products must be approved for marketing and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the applicable law in this regard, in particular in accordance with the provisions of the Medical Devices Act. The offered medical devices must be properly labeled and have appropriate instructions for use in Polish.
