Description & Project Overview
The subject of the order is the supply of disinfectants, the detailed requirements and quantities of which are specified in Annex No. 2 to this SWZ Product and price form. 1) The order will be performed within the next 24 months. 2) The expiration date and batch number must be marked on the packaging of each disinfectant. 3) The expiry date and batch number must be included on the invoice or on a document attached to the invoice. 4) The ordering party will place the order by e-mail. 5) Delivery to the Pharmacy's warehouse at the Ordering Party's headquarters will be carried out at the expense and risk
