1. The subject of the order is the delivery of bulk road salt to the Ordering Partys warehouse located in Wałbrzych in an amount of 2,000 Mg in the winter season 2026/2027. Road salt must meet the requirements of Ordinance 31 of the General Director for National Roads and Motorways of September 5, 2017 and have a positive Technical Opinion of the IBDiM and a Hygienic Certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene. The Ordering Party guarantees the purchase of a minimum of 2,000 tons under the contract.
