Contract Description
The supply of medicines, according to the specifications, by concluding a Framework Agreement with the economic operators whose admissible offers will be positioned in the first 3 places in the ranking drawn up based on the award criteria mentioned in point II.2.5. of the Purchase Data Sheet. Subsequent contracts will be concluded by each individual user with the economic operator declared the winner for the quantities requested by the respective user. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates: 18 days
